Start Here
Many engagements begin with an Opportunity Assessment — a fast, low-risk way to map your ecosytem, surface complex dynamics, and uncover opportunities for growth.
By mapping how your business and customers interact, we build a holistic perspective that clarifies the landscape and lays the groundwork for meaningful progress.
Why it works
Every successful journey starts with knowing where you are and where you’re headed. But most organizations face hidden complexity—legacy systems, process challenges, and competing priorities. Every digital ecosystem has its own terrain of constraints, opportunities, and patterns.
The Opportunity Assessment connects the dots across marketing, design, and operations. It helps teams cut through complexity and align around a shared strategy.
My role is to guide teams with tools, perspective, and clear reference points — so leaders can make confident choices and move forward with clarity and speed.
- Clarity: A blueprint that makes your current digital ecosystem visible and understandable.
- Alignment: A shared language and focus that gets stakeholders, teams, and partners on the same page.
- Direction: A prioritized roadmap that shows exactly what to do now, next, and later.
How it works
An Opportunity Assessment typically runs 2–6 weeks depending on scope and complexity. The process unfolds in three stages—each designed to surface insights, align stakeholders, and translate findings into clear action.
1. Kickoff and Discovery
Define objectives, scope, and success measures to create shared clarity on the problem space and the goals.
2. Engagement & Exploration
Through workshops, interviews, and performance analysis, we uncover pain points, identify strengths, and map how different parts of the organization interact.
3. Synthesis & Roadmapping
Translate insights into a prioritized action plan — a clear roadmap that balances quick wins with longer-term strategic moves.
What it includes
Current State Inventory
We start by understanding your ecosystem as it is today.
This includes stakeholder interviews, reviewing existing systems, and mapping marketing activities, tools, and customer journeys.

Opportunity Maps
Next, we synthesize insights into annotated maps that highlight what’s working, what’s missing, and where the biggest opportunities lie.

Roadmap & Recommendations
Finally, we deliver a prioritized set of actions — what to start, stop, and continue — with a balanced mix of quick wins and longer-term initiatives. The roadmap becomes a practical reference for aligning internal teams and external partners.
